The partners are seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Partner with a strong background in practice management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a desire to help grow and maintain the existing profitable client base, while also possessing the necessary skills and expertise to drive the practice forward. Equity buy-in to the practice will be offered to the right candidate.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including managing staff, client relationships, and financial performance.
  • Take responsibility for developing and implementing strategies to grow and maintain the client base, with a focus on enhancing profitability and delivering exceptional service.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic advice and solutions to meet their accounting and business needs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards, staying abreast of changes in legislation and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and external agencies.
  • Contribute to the financial management of the practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Play an active role in the recruitment and training of staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and professionalism in all aspects of practice management.


What you will have:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in general practice management.
Proven track record of success in growing and maintaining a profitable client base within a busy practice environment.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
Sound financial acumen, with the ability to analyse financial data and make informed decisions.
Practice experience is essential, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the industry.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
A commitment to professional development and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
