Account Manager (Cookstown) (30k)(35k OTE)

VANRATH have partnered with an ambitious Jewellery company that is rapidly expanding their international roots. The organisation is recruiting for an Account Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any BD/account management experienced candidate join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression.

We now require an Account Manager to look after accounts across all three company sectors; high street, international travel retail and online. There will be an aspect of business development with this role.

This is a vitally important role within our ambitious team at a time when we are experiencing sustained growth. The role will provide an opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

There will be some travel with this role, with some trade events across Ireland (usually twice per year)

Hours

Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (Office-based)


Salary


£28,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) + bonus (£35,000 OTE) plus a fantastic benefits package.


Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and external sales agents to foster retention and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer development.
  • Utilise our business intelligence software to detect declining customer sales and work to reduce customer churn.
  • Recognise trends among successful customers and implement these strategies with other clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, being available to address any queries they may have.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports as needed.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of our products by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with management.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-4 years sales experience, experience managing accounts ideal.
  • Experience in generating new business is preferred but not required.
  • Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Solid decision-making abilities with the capability to plan and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated individual, as the role provides a high level of autonomy.
