Role:

The successful candidate will manage customer Accounts and your Customer base to ensure that existing contracts are successfully and profitably delivered throughout their lifetime, that sales in existing accounts are maximised, and that contracts are successfully retained where re-qualified.

    • Responsible for growth, retention, profitability, and customer management of your allocated Cooneen workwear contracts.
    • Develop excellent relationships with all customer contacts and ensure that all necessary activities are undertaken to re-win and/or extend existing contracts, including driving internal meetings.
    • Sharp focus to ensure that stock liability is minimised, and margin is maximised.
    • Regular engagement with all internal stakeholders to ensure the business is aware of all the key challenges within the allocated contracts.
    • Conducting and attending handover meetings on contract start-up and ensuring all relevant departmental representatives are invited.
    • Act as liaison with other departments as necessary. Liaise with Directors and the management team where necessary on new and current business.
    • Contribute to tender submissions where required.
    • Meet with customers, where required, either at Cooneen premises or at customer premises.
    • Support the wider Contract Management Team in tasks as/when demand requires it (e.g. customer Implementation or rollout).



The Ideal Person:

  • 12-18 month experience in a commercial, office based or client relationship role.
    • Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience
    • Excellent communication Skills
    • Ability to persuade and influence
    • Excellent planning/Organising skills
