Overview
We are looking for a 3rd line IT Support Analyst for a global insurance firm in Belfast. You'll be joining their IT Infrastructure team responsible for service management. Along with 3rd line support, you'll be a key member of the team with influence over IT improvement, delivery and projects.

About you
- 3rd Line IT Support Analyst Experience
- Leadership quality
- Strong experience of troubleshooting and configuring Windows Server
- Experience of ITIL processes
- Positive team player and strong communicator
What you'll do as a 3rd Line IT Support Analyst
- Document management / support and maintenance
- Client systems administration
- Support for cloud data migration, workplace/customer/client applications
- Windows Server management
- Maintaining and optimizing IT Infrastructure
