3rd Line IT Engineer
- Up to £45,000
- Antrim area
- Hybrid
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to resolve complex issues escalated from junior support teams. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, along with excellent problem-solving skills to ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintenance of service levels.
The Role
- Providing 3rd line support - resolving hardware & software issues
- Assisting with system administration
- Technical escalation point for less senior staff members.
- Maintain and improve IT documentation.
The Ideal Person
- Experience providing 3rd line support.
- Knowledge of Windows based systems.
- VMWare knowledge
- Strong understanding of security & networking principles
- Relevant IT degree / certifications
