Katie Ashenhurst

Marketing Executive

Katie’s role covers all areas of marketing for VANRATH ensuring we get the best content out to the market to attract top class clients and candidates.

At VANRATH, we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive atmosphere and rewarding work environment that encourages all of the team to achieve their full potential. We treat everyone equally and ensure that all candidates are assessed only in accordance with their merits, qualification and ability to perform the relevant duties.

As a recruitment agency, we provide services rather than products. However, we recognise that we make use of a range of natural and man-made resources. We are committed to continual improvement in our environmental performance and endeavour to minimise our impact on the environment.

Over the years, we have raised a significant amount for Northern Ireland's Children's Hospice, Cash For Kids, and the Salvation Army. Proudly supporting the Northern Ireland Children's Hospice since 2014, we are a founding member of 'Time to Care', an initiative which funds the salary of a qualified children's nurse for a year.

"The VANRATH team were very helpful, patient and thoughtful during the selection process. They thought through the best fit for the role and selected candidates accordingly."

"After our first placement from VANRATH, we decided to deal with them exclusively, from both a due diligence and time perspective. We have since placed several people in a very short time frame. In fact, one position was so specific, VANRATH actually thought outside the box and recruited the perfect individual that was not even looking for a position at the time. We cannot speak more highly of VANRATH as a valued recruiting partner and will be very unlikely to use anyone else in the future for our hiring needs in Belfast."

"VANRATH remained full dedicated and committed throughout the process. I wasn't prepared to compromise on the calibre and fit of the person required for this role. They were the only ones who listened to this and didn't put pressure on me to compromise. I deeply appreciate the support."
