Our client is one of the largest, if not the largest manufacturer in their field in the UK. They have their HQ in NI and have expanded across the water to England. They have continued to grow year on year with no sign of stopping and have grown to a size where they now require an experienced Maintenance Manager.

What you'll do

  • Lead a large team of maintenance engineers across 2 sites
  • Ordering of stock and supplies needed to ensure minimal downtime on machines.
  • To ensure all legislation is followed correctly by all engineers.
  • To assist with budgeting for the maintenance team and highlighting any issues within it.
  • Ensure all engineers are on the same page with regard to maintenance needing carried out and making sure it is completed in timely manner.
  • To keep accurate records relating to equipment servicing, legislative work and to log breakdowns & major part replacements.



About you

  • Level 3 qualified in Engineering discipline
  • 4+ years' experience in Maintenance Management
  • Manufacturing background would be desirable but not necessity
  • Willingness to be hands on tools if need be
