Role is based beside Hannahstown / Andersontown
Salary

Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritise service and maintenance tasks for our existing customers
Schedule and coordinate service visits for our Technicians
Communicate with customers to arrange access where needed
Support Technicians with administrative tasks (e.g., issuing RAMS, insurance documents)
Coordinate with Subcontract Clients and ensure clear communication of service arrangements
Log and assign call-out requests promptly, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance
Provide customer support via phone and email
Keep our operational system up to date to support Technician efficiency
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when recording information
Carry out additional tasks as required by management or business needs
The Ideal Person:
- Previous use and operation of planning and scheduling software
- 2 years transferrable experience, ideally from a planning, service desk background
- Minimum 5 GCSE's (A-C), including English and Maths
