About you
Previous experience in an administrative, procurement or supply chain support role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination ability
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proactive and team-oriented approach
Experience using ERP or purchasing systems (desirable)
What you'll do
Provide administrative support to the procurement and supply chain team
Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and queries
Monitor stock levels and support inventory administration
Maintain supplier databases and documentation
Assist with invoice reconciliation and reporting
Support internal stakeholders with purchasing requests and updates
Ensure procurement processes comply with company procedures and policies
