About the team

This is a new role that will challenge a skilled Talent Manager to build out the capacity that my client has in terms of Technology Talent. We are in an unprecedented scenario where more candidates than ever are open to talking to and joining well vetted clients. This is a rare and excellent opportunity for a credible Talent Manager to attain one of the best roles of its type locally.

Skills and Experience

* Previous experience leading multiple large scale complex technical/digital recruitment projects to develop and build a range of highly skilled technical teams across multiple locations.
* Demonstrable experience of conducting interviews and making hiring decisions up to and including Senior Manager / Director grade in a volume driven and fast paced technical environment
* Previous experience focused on people operations, delivery and governance activities with a focus on talent attraction and operations

The Role

This is a critical business growth role and the successful candidate will lead a team focused on talent attraction, recruitment and selection. Influencing the wider people strategies focused on engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Understanding and articulating all talent channels, and helping to design recruitment strategies that support the future talent needs of the business (across multiple locations and levels of experience)
* Using your knowledge and experience to lead change and positively influence excellence at all stages of the recruitment process including how to attract and source candidates, how roles are described, how to select the best candidates.
* Responsible for commercial decisions related to resourcing and recruitment decisions.
* Support senior hire interviews.
