About You / Candidate Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing end-to-end recruitment in industrial, manufacturing, or blue-collar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and labour market trends.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to liaise confidently with hiring managers and external partners.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance high-volume operational delivery with long-term workforce planning.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching a recruitment team is desirable.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for industrial and blue-collar roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract skilled candidates in competitive labour markets.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide practical recruitment solutions.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, reporting on trends and recommending improvements.
  • Oversee and support recruitment team members, providing guidance, training, and coaching.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, job boards, and local training providers.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, recruitment best practice, and company policies.
