I am delighted to be working with one of our key clients again in looking for a Software Engineer (DevOps). The company has really focused around putting together a great culture together with the Site lead being at the forefront. The plans are to really build out in Belfast from Development and support on the IT side to back office staff. It is a great opportunity especially if you have a passion for music.

Key Duties & Responsibilities for the Software Engineer (DevOps)

- Set up, maintain, monitor and manage a diverse group of technologies consumed by a cloud native, broad scale application.

- Writing scripts with both Powershell and Python.

- Interact with partners across different locations to build and transfer expertise.

- Support and spin up new environments in AWS

The Ideal Person:

The ideal person will have 2+ years experience working as a DevOps engineer. The main technologies that they are looking for are AWS, Python and Powershell. They are very much about attitude also and want someone who is open to learn new technology and grow with the company. If you have experience using automation tools such as Jenkins then that would be a plus and any experience with SDK would also be beneficial. For a home-run if you have any experience in .Net programming then you would be a perfect fit for the role but it is not essential.

Remuneration

Salary for the role is flexible depending on levels of experience but would be between 45-60k for the right candidate along with great benefits and a relaxed office culture.
