  • About you:

    • Degree in Building Surveying or a related field
    • Relevant experience in social housing projects preferred
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
    • Excellent communication abilities
    • Proficient in CAD software and familiar with building regulations and health & safety standards
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • What you'll do:

    • Manage social housing refurbishment schemes including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and external insulation
    • Liaise with clients, tenants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project phases
    • Prepare and monitor survey and works programmes
    • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance and standards
    • Produce detailed reports on property conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements
    • Provide technical advice on building regulations, planning, and safety
    • Assist with project costs, valuations, and variations in collaboration with QS teams
    • Support SHEQ functions and contribute to project handovers and defect management
