- Degree in Building Surveying or a related field
- Relevant experience in social housing projects preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficient in CAD software and familiar with building regulations and health & safety standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
What you'll do:
- Manage social housing refurbishment schemes including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and external insulation
- Liaise with clients, tenants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project phases
- Prepare and monitor survey and works programmes
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance and standards
- Produce detailed reports on property conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements
- Provide technical advice on building regulations, planning, and safety
- Assist with project costs, valuations, and variations in collaboration with QS teams
- Support SHEQ functions and contribute to project handovers and defect management
