Are you looking for a Site Manager role? Interested in working for a quality focused commercial fit-out contractor?

VANRATH are recruiting a Site Manager to work on various commercial fit out projects in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Remuneration:
c£40,000 to £45,000 + van / package

Client:
Our client is a leading commercial fit-out contractor that have been operating for over 50 years. They specialise in creating outstanding interior fit-outs for the commercial, hospitality and retail sectors. The company take pride in creating bespoke solutions for their clients and due to the quality of their work win a lot of repeat business.

The company currently have a lot of projects on in Belfast, with many more in the pipeline. They are looking for a Site Manager to join them and work on fit-out projects in the local area.

The Ideal Person:

• Experience working on commercial fit-out projects for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working as a No.1 Site Manager
• Excellent management skills
• Strong on Health & Safety
• Trades background with a proven track record for quality
