Are you looking for a Site Manager role? Interested in working for a quality focused commercial fit-out contractor?

VANRATH are recruiting a Site Manager to work on various commercial fit out projects in Belfast, Northern Ireland and across the UK.

Remuneration:
c£50,000 to £55,000 + travel / accommodation / package

Client:
Our client is a leading commercial fit-out contractor that have been operating for over 50 years. They specialise in creating outstanding interior fit-outs for the commercial, hospitality and retail sectors. The company take pride in creating bespoke solutions for their clients and due to the quality of their work win a lot of repeat business.

The company currently have a lot of projects on in Belfast and across the UK. A lot of these projects are high end retail fit-out encompassing joinery installation works.

They are looking for a No.1 Site Manager from a Joinery background with experience of overseeing Joinery installation. The ideal person will have a strong background in the commercial fit-out sector as well.

Whilst there is work in Belfast, there will be a lot of work across the UK and the Site Manger will need to work and stay away for 2 weeks at a time.

The Ideal Person:

• Background working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working as a No.1 Site Manager
• Experience working on commercial fit-out projects
• Joinery background with a proven track record for quality
• Familiar overseeing Joinery installation works
• Excellent management skills
• Strong on Health & Safety
• Happy to travel and stay away as required
