Senior Test Lead -Fintech

Based in Belfast with a hybrid working model requiring two days per week in the office, you'll lead the testing strategy for high-profile projects that support millions of users worldwide.

About You
Extensive experience leading testing and quality assurance within enterprise environments
Proven expertise in defining and implementing test strategies for complex software programmes
Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies
Experience working with C#/.NET-based applications and modern software delivery practices
Solid knowledge of performance, integration, and regression testing
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
What You'll Do
Define and lead the overall testing and quality assurance strategy for the programme
Establish and promote testing standards, best practices, and governance
Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and workstreams
Mentor QA engineers and support teams in delivering robust and effective test coverage
Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle
Drive defect management, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery
