Senior Systems Administrator
VANRATH are once again working with a leading Cyber Security Company based in Belfast in hiring at Senior Systems Administrator (65k). The company has grown rapidly since moving into the Belfast market over a year ago and have built up a great team and office environment. As with most companies the role will currently be based remotely and will put plans in place for a return further down the line. The company who provide fantastic data capture and data masking products for large organisations, across health, finance and retail, for the protection from cyber-attacks.
Key Duties & Responsibilities for the Senior System Administrator:

• Provide support, maintenance, and configuration for both internal and external customer-facing production systems, such as web and software servers.
• Plan, lead and participate in IT-wide projects
• Manage monitoring for critical and customer-facing systems.
• Collaborate with the Information Security, Networking, and Infrastructure teams to design, maintain and secure technology at all times
• Promptly respond to critical alerts and collaborate with the relevant teams to resolve, investigate, and document solutions

The Ideal Person:

• 6+ years systems admin experience at an Enterprise architectural level.
• Great knowledge of Virtualization technologies
• Detailed experience in Windows and MacOS would be a massive plus.
• Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, Office 365, TCP/IP etc.
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Powershell, shell or Python scripting
• Exposure to cloud technology is a plus,

Remuneration
Salary for the role is flexible depending on levels of experience but would be between 65-75k depending on experience along with a 12% bonus. They also have other great benefits and a great culture with further growth,
