The Ideal Person

If you've 2-3+ years' experience working in a similar role delivering technology solutions to their client base and you're looking for an opportunity to step into a more senior role:

• Proven technical delivery experience in all technology areas such as: Windows 10, Azure, Active Directory etc
• Skills in Scripting languages such as Python or Powershell
• A grasp of project methodologies, such as PRINCE2 & ITIL
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of Windows 10 design, architecture, migrations, and deployment

Responsibilities

As an Senior IT Consultant, you will:

• The Senior Consultant will be responsible for delivering technology solutions
• The Consultant will be responsible for interfacing with the other consultants from other areas of the business to ensure that project delivery is consistent through the different specialisms.
• The Senior Consultant will be responsible for shaping and delivering a technical strategy in the key areas.
• Experience working with customers to solve technical problems
• Provide prompt, accurate and helpful customer-facing responses to clients on technical support queries.
• Help drive and develop key offerings which will involve some research and development tasks
