- £75,000 - £85,000, negotiable depending on experience

About you
- Proven hands-on experience in accounting and financial management within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international setting
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA is essential
- Available at short notice
What you'll do
- Lead and develop the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial information
- Oversee core accounting operations, including month-end and year-end processes
- Support strategic planning and financial analysis to drive business growth
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and international accounting standards
