We are delighted to be partnering with one of Belfast's most respected law firms to recruit a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor for its established and highly regarded Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with an outstanding reputation for client service, a strong pipeline of quality residential property work and an established client base. This role has arisen due to continued growth, providing the successful candidate with an established caseload and a consistent flow of high-quality work from day one. Supported by an experienced conveyancing team, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while focusing on delivering an exceptional client experience, rather than being weighed down by unnecessary administration.

The Role

You will manage a varied portfolio of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, advising clients throughout every stage of the transaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Residential sales, purchases and remortgages
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
• Managing files efficiently from instruction to completion
• Delivering an exceptional standard of client service
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
