Job Description

VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Senior Administrator for a leading Manufacturing Agents contractor in Belfast.

This company is reknowned for the development of their staff and also top class progression opportunities.

Monday - Friday - 9 - 5

Salary:

£24,000 - £26,000 +£1000 year end Bonus + Fantastic Benefits Package - Yearly Salary Reviews - Discretionary Bonuses & Progression Opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • You will support with high value order processing, supporting orders for large manufacturers and acting as an intermediary within the sales process.
  • Working to deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
  • You will be responsible for high volume email traffic, keying details in, in an accurate fashion, build and analysis reports to demonstrate sale support activities
  • You will also be responsible for adapting bespoke software and using various software systems such as B2B.
  • Accurately compile and administer customer quotations and product new line forms
  • Other adhoc duties such as daily filing, scanning, emailing customer queries, credit requests, delivery issues and petty cash.

  • The right person for this role will be an experienced Admin professional who has experience supporting/working alongside manufacturing businesses. This is a varied role which puts client support/satisfaction at the forefront - therefore being customer focused is also essential.
