Overview of the Company
Our client is an established and growing specialist interiors business, providing made-to-measure curtains, blinds and shutters to customers across Belfast. They are now seeking a confident, friendly and customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is a showroom-based sales role, where you will guide customers through their options, provide product advice and manage enquiries from initial contact through to order.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Retail or showroom sales experience is preferred
- Confident and personable communication style
- Strong customer service skills
- Organised and reliable approach
- Well-presented and professional manner
- Comfortable handling enquiries across phone, email and social media
- Ability to work Saturdays and participate in a Sunday rota
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide expert advice within the showroom
- Sell made-to-measure curtains, blinds and shutters
- Handle customer enquiries across walk-ins, telephone, email and social media
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Book customer surveys and appointments
- Follow up sales leads and enquiries
- Prepare quotations and assist with customer orders
- Maintain accurate customer and order information
- Ensure the showroom remains clean, organised and presentable
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service throughout the sales process
Working Pattern
Weekend availability is essential
