Job Description


VANRATH are recruiting Sales & Retention advisors for our client, a reputable energy company in the UK and Ireland. The role will initially be Working from Home, but there is potential for relocation to the Belfast City Centre offices.

The successful Advisors will be provided with an exciting development opportunity to gain knowledge of the commercial energy market and to develop new skills across various sales/retention campaigns. An uncapped performance related commission is offered based off the achievement of KPI's.

Role
Full-time, 37 hours

Salary
£10.45 per hour (plus uncapped monthly commission)

The ideal candidate
* Experience of working in a Sales environment
* Strong IT skills
* Strong in character to deal with day to day challenges
* Able to build and maintain relationships to enhance effectiveness
* A confident & professional communication style, whether written or oral.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Customer focused and proven ability to deal with complex requests

Responsibilities
* Handling inbound and making outbound calls to domestic customers
* Closing sales and retaining existing domestic customers
* Data capture to ensure information held is accurate and up to date
* Developing relationships and managing customer expectations
* To understand competitors pricing and activity and to report this to team leader
* To work within the regulator's guidelines and internal compliance procedures to ensure the business is not exposed to complaints
