VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a leading global Footwear company with the recruitment of a Store Manager who will become part of a modern organisation that has been continually growing, and offers one of the most interesting Store Manager roles on the market.

This is a Permanent Full-time position - Store is based in Bandbridge.

Salary

£27,000 - £30,000 + £3,500 Bonus & Some of the Best Employee benefits on the market

Responsibilities

Store Manager leads assigned location to achieve sales plan through consistent operational excellence, discipline, and a committed team who perform flawlessly. Supports District Manager by communicating company directives to their assigned store utilising the company's strategy. The role of a Store Manager is to fulfil and execute the company mission statement on a daily basis and demonstrate a passion for our product, people and our customers.

  • Responsible for : Sales/ Product/ People & Operations (Full Job Spec Available)

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Management experience is required.
  • Experience in similar role / Industry in a Managerial/Team Leader capacity
  • Knowledge of retail systems, human resources best practices and operations
  • Retail/footwear background preferred
  • Must be computer literature, numerate and have the ability to read and interpret documents
