An amazing opportunity has just opened up for a Junior Recruiter to join our client, a well known global markets company in Belfast. Our client requires a curious minded people person to support the organisation on an initial 12 month basis with possibility for permanency.

The Ideal Person
Reporting to the Head of Recruitment and supporting the Lead Recruiter in Belfast, the Recruiter will support our Belfast (& sometimes London) office's hiring needs at all levels but predominantly across technology focused positions. This person will build strong relationships candidates, identifying talent for current and future needs as following the company's recruiting process. There is also the opportunity to drive our employer branding efforts on social media

The ideal applicant will:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Be process orientated with a strong appreciation for the administration and compliance that lies behind resourcing activity.
  • Be a collaborative team player and strong communicator.
  • Have hands-on experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Be highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Be able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high pace environment.
  • Ideally have experience of sourcing talent across the technology sector


Responsibilities
As Recruitment and Social Media Specialist you will:

  • Be responsible for identifying, screening and continued engagement with key talent for the business
  • Develop and execute search strategies including talent mapping and the pipe-lining of passive candidates within the tech industry
  • Support Recruitment Marketing efforts via social media and other sources
  • Provide general market intelligence and research on competitors to divisions and regularly communicate information as value-added service.
  • Track all recruiting data through Workday, our HR System and participate in department activities and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the wider Recruiting Team members on various talent acquisition topics to continually support evolving business needs (e.g. retention, process improvement)
