QA /Tester - 9 month contract (remote anywhere in NI)

About you:

  • Previous experience in QA testing, ideally within public sector or education projects
  • Sound knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to develop and execute test plans, scripts, and reports
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to document issues clearly
  • Capable of working independently and managing time effectively


What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute manual test cases based on project requirements
  • Conduct testing on new software applications and updates, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Identify, record, and track defects and issues, providing detailed reports to developers
  • Support the testing lifecycle from planning through to validation
  • Collaborate with project team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
  • Contribute to refining testing processes and documentation for ongoing improvement
