Property Asset Planning Officer (Public Sector)

VANRATH are assisting a large Public Sector client in their search for a Property Asset Planning Officer based in Belfast.

They will support the ongoing development and management of maintenance plans, ensuring individual contracts and preventative maintenance plans are fit for purpose, managing change, analysing programme and contract progress, interdependencies, risks/issues and reporting performance.

What they Offer

  • c£38,000 alongside holiday entitlement and pension (from day one)

Ideal Person:

  • Minimum of a degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years' experience in contract management, planning, and analysis,

or

  • possess a minimum of an HNC/HND or equivalent in a construction related subject with minimum of 3 years' experience in the development of management systems and procedures of contract costing, planning, estimation, and assessment.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a construction contract environment
  • Experience of data interrogation to support planning and performance
  • Experience of using MS Office including Word and Excel

Desirable

  • Experience of NEC 3/4 suite of contracts
  • Experience of producing reports via interactive data visualization software (crystal, Power, BI)
  • Experience of using an asset management software system
