Belfast ( Hybrid Working )

£45,000 - £55,000


Are you a Project Manager with experience working on Software projects with technical teams? Do you have strong client management experience, experience taking ownership of and driving projects by guiding engineering teams from discovery through to delivery?

The Ideal Person

The successful candidate will have experience as a Project Manager in an Agile or Waterfall environment, leading teams with experience in risk and change management

  • 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager in a Software environment
  • Strategic planning, Risk Management and Change Management experience
  • Jira/DevOps/Core PPM
  • Agile/Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience leading a team through the delivery of projects

Client

This well-established consultancy is continuing to grow and is delving into new sectors providing new and creative solutions for its clients, and with its recent investment into research and engineering projects such as AI, Robotics, Big Data, Cyber and more. In order to make this happen and meet the demand new hires are being made. The Project Manager will work on and manage a variety of complex projects.


Responsibilities
As a Project Manager you will define team member roles, provide innovative ideas, and work with Scrum Masters and Team Leads across development, testing and release

  • Lead and articulate objectives to be delivered by each project
  • Strategic planning, Risk Management and Change Management
  • Own the production of PMP in agreement with Stakeholders
  • Ensure appropriate tools, methods and practices are deployed
  • Help to own, drive, and support research, engineering, and software development projects from discovery to delivery
