Project Manager
Belfast City Centre | Hybrid Working
£37,694 | 3-6 Month Contract (Initial)
- Opportunity to join a well-respected public sector organisation delivering cultural and development initiatives
- Reporting to the Director of Development, with responsibility for coordinating multiple live projects
- Hands-on role supporting project delivery, funding activity, and team coordination
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track multiple projects, ensuring delivery to timelines and objectives
- Coordinate a small team, supporting communication and overall output
- Assist with funding applications and explore opportunities, including EU funding
- Monitor progress and provide updates to senior stakeholders
- Implement and maintain effective tracking systems and reporting processes
- Work collaboratively across departments to support programmes and events
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing or coordinating projects in a structured environment
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
- Experience supporting funding applications, grants, or bids
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
- Background in public sector, cultural, or community environments
- Knowledge of funding streams, including EU programmes
- Experience improving or implementing project processes
