Client

Reporting to the Head of ICT and Transformation, this role will primarily focus on the delivery of the Digital Futures Programme for the Charity. The directorate has already undergone significant change and is now in the process of delivering the required outcomes of the Strategic Plan. The Digital Futures Programme encompasses a wide ranging technology programme that seeks to develop and improve how the Charity operates and to leverage technology to deliver the outcomes required in the strategic plan.

Responsibilities

The post holder will be required to work with the Director of Corporate Services and other colleagues across the organisation to develop a clear understanding of the Digital Futures Programme. They will use this understanding to translate the strategy into clearly defined programmes and projects with associated documentation and plans, and to engage with those delivering the Digital Futures Programme.

The Ideal Person

  • A 3rd level qualification required in a relevant subject e.g. a degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' experience working on, leading and delivering large scale multi-disciplinary projects and programmes in a complex environment, paying meticulous attention to detail.
  • At least 3 years' experience working on the delivery of CRM and ERP implementations across a diverse range of functions and processes.
  • Experience in working with third party service providers and engaging with same to support the delivery of programme and project requirements.
  • Experience of presenting to Boards and other stakeholders on programme and project matters including, but not limited to, budgets, progress, risk and scope

Salary/ Benefits

£47,000-£57,000 alongside
