Position: Probate Solicitor
Duration: 6-Month Temporary Contract (Maternity Cover)
Location: Dundonald
Salary: To be discussed

My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Probate Solicitor to join their team on a temporary basis for six months. This role is ideal for a skilled professional looking to apply their expertise in probate law within a supportive and dynamic environment.

This is a immediate requirement for the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of probate matters from start to finish.
  • Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of probate law, including estate administration, wills, trusts, and inheritance tax.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to probate cases.
  • Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and efficient case progression.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent clients in probate court when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in probate law.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of probate procedures, wills, trusts, and estate administration.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload efficiently.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
