Principal UI Engineer - Belfast (Hybrid)
£70,000 - £80,000 + bonus + full benefits

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape the front-end architecture of complex, data-heavy applications, working closely with product and engineering teams across multiple regions.
What you'll be doing
- Leading the design and evolution of scalable UI architecture across multiple products
- Building and owning component libraries and design systems used globally
- Solving real-time data and performance challenges in a trading environment
- Mentoring engineers and driving front-end best practices across teams
- Influencing technical direction and product decisions at a senior level
Tech environment
React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, Cypress/Playwright
(Experience with high-performance or real-time applications is a plus)
