VANRATH are recruiting a Skilled tradesmen interested in working for a leading Property Services Contractor, based in Derry, Northern Ireland.

Remuneration:
£13.50 to £14.50 per hour

Client:
Property Services Contractor that have been operating for approximately 50 years. They specialise in property alterations and modifications, damage restoration and maintenance projects. They work with Social and Private Housing clients, Property Management Companies, Care Homes, Schools, Councils and Commercial Buildings.

  • Working as Maintenance Plumber carrying out repairs
  • Diagnosing problems that might occur in social housing contracts throughout the wider Belfast area
  • Sanitation and plumbing services
  • Replacing burst pipes, Fitting bathrooms, New taps and checking for leaks,
  • Working to deliver a high standard of work
  • Scope to include doing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual PPMs and Reactive Plumbing, boilers and mechanical maintenance in a commercial setting.
  • Plumbing, Drains, Sanitary, Boilers, Heating Systems, LPHW, CHW
  • Mobile position based in Northern Ireland region
