VANRATH are recruiting an experienced Plasterer to work on various maintenance and installation contracts.

Remuneration:
£14-£16 per hour depending on experience + package

Responsibilities:

• Responsiblities including;
• Plasterboarding
• Bonding, skimming - Ceilings & Walls
• Screeding & Laytexing
• External Render
• Wet dash & bell casts
• Installing & skimming insulated plaster board
• Carry out Health and Safety checks on all equipment and jobs
• Record keeping, maintaining a site diary and photographic records.
• Assist in the resolution of customer queries and complaints
• Assess what works are required in individual properties and relay this back to Administration
• Provide Technical advice and guidance to all aspects of the business

The Ideal Person:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Must have sound knowledge of construction industry
• Must be able to work independently
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in the Workplace
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping a must
• C.S.R. Cards
• A recent DBS certificate
• Experience in a similar role is desirable
