The Payroll Specialist in the ideal role for a candidate with experience of international payroll, including strong knowledge of tax within multiple jurisdictions.
The organisation are currently going through a significant period of growth and this is the perfect opportunity to join a business who could offer a permanent contract. This will be recruited on a 12 month contract basis and can be a fully remote role from any location in the UK.
The Ideal Person
If you are a Payroll Professional with strong processing experience:
- 3+ years with payroll processing, preferably in a large multinational company
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivots and vLookups)
- Experience of operation multiple payrolls
- Knowledge of large payroll systems including ADP and Workday
- Available to complete a contract role
Responsibilities
As a Payroll Specialist you will:
- Ensuring payment of employees in line with payroll deadlines across multiple sites
- Manage all payroll administration including new starters and leavers
- Ensure payroll processes are robust and working to highest levels of efficiency
- Preparing reports for senior management
- Implementing payroll policies
