Client

A local charity based in Belfast City Centre are currently recruiting a Payroll Manager to join them on an initial interim contract.

Working as part of the wider Payroll team and reporting to the Finance Director the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 3 Payroll Associates providing a professional, quality, effective and timely payroll service to the organisation.

The Ideal Person

If you've 3 years' + experience in a Payroll function;

  • Recognised payroll qualification (or 5 years' experience)
  • Manage a payroll function of 500+ employees
  • Excellent accuracy skills and attention to detail
  • Multi-Jurisdictional experience (desirable)


Responsibilities

As a Payroll Manager you will:

  • Oversee payroll function
  • Review and evaluate current working procedures
  • Work in conjunction with Management Accountants
  • Process pension information
