The Role
The successful candidate will have a number of duties to ensure a varied working life. Working with a range of clients will allow for vast exposure to multiple payments runs which will be done on a monthly, weekly and bi-weekly schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Accurately carry out payroll administrative tasks
• Ensure payroll is processed within a timely manner to ensure an efficient service
• Liaise with other members of the team, to escalate any urgent payroll queries
• Communicate effectively with clients to answers any FAQ's
• Assist in pension administration
• Payroll reconciliations
• Create and distribute nominal ledgers as an when required

The Ideal Candidate
The Ideal Candidate will have 2-3 years' experience previously in payroll processing and pension administration. It is vital the successful candidate has exceptional IT skills to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• 5 GCSEs grade A-C to include Maths and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills in order to effectively problem solve
• Demonstrable experience of working to deadlines and working to KPI's
