I'm delighted to be partnering with a highly respected specialist litigation team to recruit a Paralegal into its established Hearing Loss & Industrial Disease department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career as a specialist Paralegal, with the opportunity to develop their skills, take on greater responsibility and progress within the Paralegal career path.
You'll receive structured training and ongoing mentoring, with the opportunity to develop specialist expertise and progress towards managing your own caseload.

What we're looking for:
โ Previous Paralegal or legal experience
โ Personal injury experience would be advantageous but isn't essential
โ Strong organisation and attention to detail
โ Excellent communication and client care skills
โ Someone proactive, committed and keen to develop their Paralegal career
โ Someone who enjoys the detail and responsibility involved in managing client claims
You'll work alongside experienced solicitors, supporting claims from instruction through to resolution while developing the technical knowledge, litigation skills and client management experience needed to take increasing ownership of your own portfolio of cases.
Importantly, this is not simply a stepping stone to becoming a solicitor. The firm is looking for someone who wants to develop and progress within a long-term Paralegal career, with increased responsibility, specialist expertise and remuneration as they develop.
