Down, is seeking a motivated Paralegal to support a wide range of high-quality commercial and employment law matters. About you
- Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within commercial or employment law
- Strong academic background (Law degree or equivalent)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and genuine interest in business law
- Confident working closely with a Partner in a fast-paced environment
- Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress towards qualification
What you'll do
- Assist with drafting commercial contracts and legal documentation
- Support employment law matters, including both advisory and contentious work
- Carry out legal research and prepare concise briefing notes
- Contribute to corporate compliance and regulatory projects
- Support client meetings and help build strong client relationships
- Manage files and ensure adherence to internal processes and deadlines
- Provide general legal and administrative support to the wider team
