About you
- Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within commercial or employment law
- Strong academic background (Law degree or equivalent)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a keen interest in business law
- Ability to work confidently alongside a Partner in a fast-paced environment
- Ambitious, driven, and eager to progress towards qualification
What you'll do
- Assist with drafting commercial contracts and documentation
- Support on employment law matters, including both advisory and contentious issues
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefing notes
- Contribute to corporate compliance and regulatory tasks
- Support client meetings and build strong client relationships
- Manage files and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Provide general legal and administrative support to the team
