About you

  • Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within commercial or employment law
  • Strong academic background (Law degree or equivalent)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and a keen interest in business law
  • Ability to work confidently alongside a Partner in a fast-paced environment
  • Ambitious, driven, and eager to progress towards qualification


What you'll do

  • Assist with drafting commercial contracts and documentation
  • Support on employment law matters, including both advisory and contentious issues
  • Conduct legal research and prepare briefing notes
  • Contribute to corporate compliance and regulatory tasks
  • Support client meetings and build strong client relationships
  • Manage files and ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Provide general legal and administrative support to the team
