About You

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an agency setting, managing PPC campaigns across multiple clients in both B2B and B2C
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads with strong, demonstrable results
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics and a data-focused approach
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Highly organised, capable of managing several projects at once
  • Analytical thinker with a hands-on approach to optimisation and problem-solving

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 10 clients in a client-facing capacity
  • Create and execute performance-focused PPC strategies aligned with client goals
  • Present campaign strategies and updates clearly and professionally to clients
  • Carry out research and analyse industry trends to shape campaign direction
  • Oversee campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube using platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Track, evaluate, and optimise performance using data insights
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing client accounts
