RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Revenue Optimisation of site through preparation and analysis of Net Dock Reporting.
• Oversee Costings, ensuring accuracy and integrity of BOMs by routinely linking in with Operational Managers and Fresh BU costing lead.
• Take the lead and be pro-active in driving Cost reduction plans with Operations team.
• Management of preparation of weekly Operational Finance KPI information for Finance Manager and Operational team.
• Support information requirements of Operations Managers, General Managers and Finance Managers in relation to the site costs and commercial queries
• Assist in annual budget
• Track performance v budget v forecast
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects of accounting and financial reporting processes
• Identifying and promoting areas of cost improvements

REQUIREMENTS;

• Qualified / Part Qualified (Final Stages)/ Qualified by Experience
• Excellent numeracy and computer literacy skills (data input, Excel, Microsoft Word)
• Experience of a manufacturing finance environment and knowledge of variance analysis and overhead control
• Excellent communicator, bringing numbers alive through simple tables and presentations with clarity and consistency. Ability to explain finance to non-financial colleagues.
• Ability to meet challenging deadlines, prioritise work and be accurate.
