The Role

You will assist and advise on a broad range of residential property matters including:

• Residential sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Title investigations and property searches
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
• Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and third parties
• Managing transactions through to successful completion

About You

• Newly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly
• Strong interest in residential conveyancing and property law
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• Eager to learn and develop within a supportive team environment
• Commercially aware and motivated to build a long-term career in property law
