About you
- Previous experience in the motor trade, ideally within sales or vehicle control
- Full driving licence is required
- Driven, motivated, and commercially aware
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
- Customer-focused with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service
What you'll do
- Assist and support the sales team in achieving or exceeding new vehicle sales objectives while maintaining profitability
- Deal directly with customers, building relationships and confidently securing sales
- Represent the brand within the local area, generating new business through networking, referrals, and follow-up activity
- Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and in line with procedures
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Take part in ongoing training and development to further enhance your skills and knowledge
