About you

  • Previous experience in the motor trade, ideally within sales or vehicle control
  • Full driving licence is required
  • Driven, motivated, and commercially aware
  • Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
  • Customer-focused with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service

What you'll do

  • Assist and support the sales team in achieving or exceeding new vehicle sales objectives while maintaining profitability
  • Deal directly with customers, building relationships and confidently securing sales
  • Represent the brand within the local area, generating new business through networking, referrals, and follow-up activity
  • Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and in line with procedures
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Take part in ongoing training and development to further enhance your skills and knowledge
