Overview

We are looking for a Network Security Engineer with strong, hands-on experience managing, designing, implementing, and maintaining firewall solutions across enterprise environments.

This role is heavily focused on firewall ownership- you will be responsible for the full life-cycle, from design and deployment through to optimisation, troubleshooting and ongoing support.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise firewall solutions, taking full ownership across Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, and Juniper platforms
  • Managing and optimising firewall policies, rules, and security configurations, including reviews and hardening
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex firewall and network security incidents across customer environments
  • Delivering secure connectivity solutions, including IPsec and SSL VPNs, aligned to customer requirements
  • Working closely with customers and internal teams to design solutions, provide 2nd/3rd line support, and produce technical documentation
