Mid Level Java Developer - 4 DAY WEEK

Job Description

Are you interested in being a key contributor for products which companies like Tesla, Linkedin and Vodafone use to solve some of their most complex infrastructure challenges...All while working a 4 day week?

How they arrived to a four-day work week

Their decision to transition to a four-day work week stemmed from the fact that our staff had already been working from home for the last two years and had acclimated to a new style of working. We've discovered that we could operate smarter, better, and more efficiently as a result of this. In reality, rather than a reduction, production has increased. This improvement in productivity can be attributed to a variety of variables, including spending less or no time travelling to work, reducing meeting duration to a minimum, and removing meetings on Fridays. The latter option was taken owing to the difficulties that come with working remotely, such as working from home too much due to the challenges of separating work life from home life.

Salary/Benefits

  • 4-day work week (Friday off)
  • £40,000 - £55,000
  • Stock award (RSU)
  • Hybrid Work from home (flexible)
  • Uncapped Holiday
  • Competitive Pension
  • Private medical/Life Cover/Dental
  • Free on-site Gym
  • Critical illness Cover
  • Income Protection
