The Ideal Person
· CMM programming experience
· Ability to read and interpret engineering technical drawing
· Ability to utilise metrology gauges such a calliper, micrometre etc
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
As a Metrology Engineer, you will:
· Develop co-ordinate measurement machine (CMM) programs and inspection techniques to satisfy drawing and specifications requirements using a CMM and/or handheld metrology tools for complex aerospace components.
· Creating and prove out of CMM programs for First Article Inspection, Fixturing and test pieces using PC-DMIS software.
· Statistical Process Control data collection and analysis.
· Calibration of metrology equipment such as vernier, micrometre, plug gauges, setting rings etc.
