About you:
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
- Proficient in Sage 50 and Payroll systems
- Experienced in producing management accounts and financial analysis
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Solutions-focused mindset with a track record of process improvements
- Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with accounting controls
What you'll do:
- Develop and deliver timely management reports to support operational decision-making
- Ensure robust financial controls, reconciliations, and compliance across all units
- Lead cash collection, debtor management, and support audit procedures
- Collaborate with managers and operational teams to provide financial guidance and training
- Identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and efficiency gains
