VANRATH are delighted to be working in partnership with an innovative market leader based in Greater Belfast to recruit a progressive Commercial Management Accountant to join the growing finance team.

About you

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong commercial experience.
• Experience of working with SAP would also be desirable though not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

What you'll do

• Produce robust reporting and forecasting for the business.
• Providing insightful monthly variance analysis to senior management and providing a constructive challenge across all areas of their spend.
• Monitor and review spend against the business plan, investigating variances and flagging risks and opportunities.
• Providing accurate and up to date financial information to help inform business decisions
• Play a key role in leading business project appraisal for costs, investment papers and costing, using financial information to help determine the optimal solution
• Perform any other duties as may be reasonably be required from time-to-time.
