About you:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
- Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
What you'll do:
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support business decision-making
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Support year-end audits and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance
- Play a key role in a hands-on handover process to ensure a smooth transition to permanent staff
