About you:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
  • Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

What you'll do:

  • Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support business decision-making
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Support year-end audits and internal controls
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance
  • Play a key role in a hands-on handover process to ensure a smooth transition to permanent staff
